Meet Jennifer Greene, Data Processing Shift Lead at FMTC!

 

 

How long have you worked at FMTC? What is your current role?

I have been with FMTC since April 2017. Currently, I work on the shift lead team, handling publishers, agencies, and merchant issues, as well as setting up merchant accounts in FMTC. As for the processing side of the business, I help (along with the rest of our amazing shift lead team) to keep things running smoothly.

 

What do you like most about your job?

What’s not to like? I work with a fantastic group of people every day. I get to problem-solve and work across departments. I’ve had a lot of jobs in my 44 years, and FMTC has been one of the most rewarding and fulfilling.

 

What is the best career lesson you’ve learned so far?

There is no such thing as “Not My Job.” When you are working with a team, then you should have a team mentality.

 

What do you like to do when you aren’t working?

Other than your typical answer of spending time with the family, etc., I love to walk and listen to my favorite podcast. I’m a true crime junkie. I try to walk five miles a day — listening to a case while doing so makes the time fly by.

 

 

What’s a fun fact about you many people may not know?

I’m a romance author. I have published 10 books and multiple short stories. My book Extreme Love made it into the Amazon Top 100 Books list at #77.

 

Where’s your favorite place in the world?

In my bed, sitting beside my husband with our three fur babies, watching our favorite shows.
