FMTC Employee Spotlight: Anthony DiSante

How long have you worked at FMTC and what is your current role?

I’ve been with FMTC for about six years now, and I’m currently the Senior Full-Stack Developer.

What do you like most about your job?

My favorite aspect might be the ability to work remotely but in a small team that works well together, with management that does a good job of keeping us connected.

What do you like to do when you aren’t working?

I love to spend time outdoors with my wife and three kids, especially going for hikes, bike rides, and kayak trips.

What’s a fun fact about you many people may not know?

I’m an electronics and electricity geek, with my current side project being a small off-grid solar+battery setup. It’s a work in progress, but it currently powers my whole office.

Where’s your favorite place in the world?

Steamboat Springs might top the list, but there are lots of mountain towns out west that I’d love to live in.

What’s your motto or personal mantra?

Your life is a story that you tell yourself, and you can decide to change it any time.

What is one thing you can’t live without?

Seafood. Oysters, salmon, cod liver, mackerel, and sardines are probably 75% of my diet.
